…And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace….
In Human perspective manner, Life is the quality which people, animals, and plants have when they are not dead and which objects and substances do not have. When it comes to talk about life in the body of Christ, the definition is evident to those who have the spirit of God. God told the children of Israel,
“Deu 30:19 I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:”
This was the first encounter of God asking human beings to choose life through Moses his servant. It took God an oath between heaven and earth (the creations of heaven and earth) to come and witness salvation for the first time. The same come in reality,
“Joh 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
In Point of Grace, we share life to an extensive aspect by the Grace of God (YAHWEH) given to us through different measures. Jesus laid a foundation platform when he made a divine stunning statement that no man or angel or prophet or any host in heaven not even a cherub nor seraphims among the high rankling angels will ever say – I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. (John 14:6).
So in Our congregation LIFE IS PARAMOUNT, God created both those in the heaven and earth for a profound purpose – LIFE, but when it came to planet earth he SAW THAT EVERYTHING WAS GOOD. (Gen. 1:10), we believe, Sharing life not death is a divine order by God directly to man (Gen 1:26, 9:6. we see through the bible, God prescribing statues and all are attributed to Life.
At Point of Grace Church we View Life as manner of conduct, in a moral respect; Life is the most divine creation among the spirits, God created and put in the cosmos. Its Very impossible talk about God and you don’t mention Life in your conversation, this calls as well “newness of life” (Rom_6:4); “the life of God,” i.e., the life which God requires, a godly life (Eph_4:18; 2Pe_1:3).
